Birthday Bakery

I really should make some time to stamp out a bunch of birthday cards.  I seem to wait for the last minute and realize that I’m in need of one.  However, that really wasn’t the case today.  I knew I needed the card (of course I needed it today!) but the mojo just wouldn’t make an appearance.  Well, literally, I was down to the last ten minutes.  I did it!  This was the cutie card I came up with…

No frills, no embellishments…just quick, easy and done!  Of course, this card leaves a lot of room for creativity and, if I had more time, I may have added more.  Perhaps I’ll stamp out a bunch and build onto it.  Anyway, this features the Birthday Bakery cakes (yummy!).  I stamped it in Jet Black StazOn and colored it in with various Stampin’ Up! markers.  It is layered onto Melon Mambo and then the panel is adhered on Dimensionals to the Whisper White card base.  I love Dimensionals!  The sentiment is from Occasional Quotes.  Both sets are current Hostess sets.  Schedule your workshop today and I’ll help you to get these sets for FREE!!

I’m glad you stopped in today!  I hope you’ve been inspired!  I think I’m going to go bake me some cupcakes!  I’m hungry!

Hugs,

~Leslee~

All supplies are Stampin’ Up! and can be purchased HERE unless otherwise noted.

  1. Hi Leslee, it's your number one fan here again! Girl, you rock! Don't add a thing to this card. Love it just the way it is. I have a bad habit of over embellishing cards that sometimes are just best left as is. Less is more (and all that! lol)
